Step by step you can create the form for your early notice. At the end you can print the form for the early notice. Filling out this online form is not sufficient for an early notice. You must sign the form for the early notice and submit it in person together with the new tenant proposal to the WOKO office.

Condition
An early notice is only possible at the end of the month with a notice period of one month. The early notice must be submitted together with the new tenant proposal (see confirmation email). Please note if the new tenant proposal is not submitted with the early notice the next possible termination date applies.
Example
Here is an example: if you submit this form by March 31st you can get out of your letting agreement on April 30th and your next tenant can move in on May 1st.
