Step by step you can create the form for the room change. At the end you can print the form. Filling out this online form is not sufficient for a room change. You must sign the form for the room change and submit it in person to the WOKO office. In certain properties a room change within the property is not allowed, please check your letting agreement first.

Notice of the current room
This section covers the notice to terminate your current room. The room change requires you to give a period of notice before vacating your current room. Please note the terms of the cancellation period in your tenancy agreement, which must also be observed when changing rooms. A new letting agreement will be issued for the new room and, where relevant, a new deposit will be requested.

Please check in your letting agreement under the section special agreements if you are allowed to choose a new tenant for your current room. If you are not allowed to choose the new tenant then you must select the option “I live in a room where WOKO determines the next tenant and not the flatmates.”
